Born in Gosford, NSW in 1996, Emily-Kate began dancing when 3 years of age. In 2015 she completed Full-Time Dance Training at Ev&Bow;’s Full-Time Dance Training Centre under the guidance of Sarah Boulter and many other industry professionals. Being able to work under the influences of Joshua Thompson, Craig Barry and Angie Diaz in “Sum of Parts” and Yukino McHugh in her work “Nothing Must Be Something” as well as Cadi McCarthy with the “Flipside Project” are just a few of her career highlights.
Being asked to be a part of the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Program shortly after returning to dance after her car accident, in which she had to learn how to walk again. Emily-Kate is still performing with Cadi and The Flipside Project to this day and still loving every minute.
