MISS SUNRISE
Sunrise her dance training in ballet, successfully completing her RAD ballet exams to an advanced level with distinctions. Sunrise got accepted into a Creative And Performing Arts program in high school where she was given opportunities to perform as a featured dancer in School Spectacular, Star Struck, Central Coast Dance Festival and YIPA.
She was selected to be a featured dancer in Gosford Musical Society’s production of ‘Aladdin’ in 2022. Sunrise also began pursuing her singing in 2022, performing a on a few episodes on Season 11 of The Voice Australia.
Studying the dance subject in her HSC in 2023, Sunrise was awarded callbacks for all practical performances; Core Performance, Major Performance and Core Composition, and received a Band 6 for the subject in her final HSC examinations.
Sunrise’s passion for dance choreography and teaching in particular was discovered at a young age, therefore she began pursuing her teaching with JB Dance.
From her studies, Michelle intentionally aims to ensure students of all abilities can engage in safe dance practice while supporting them to achieve their potential based off scientific knowledge. She appreciates the opportunity teaching brings to share her love, knowledge and passion of ballet to each individual student.
